About Katalyzon

What does Katalyzon Services do?

We are a Bengaluru-based trade-intelligence and execution desk running two desks. The Export Growth Desk finds and qualifies real overseas buyers for Indian manufacturers. The India Sourcing Desk finds and verifies capable Indian suppliers for international buyers. Everything we hand over carries its source, date and confidence.

Are you a trading company or a lead-list vendor?

Neither. We never take title to goods, and we do not sell scraped lists. What you get is researched, evidence-backed opportunities with human QA behind them — and on the sourcing side, verified suppliers plus sample and inspection support.

Where are you based?

Katalyzon Services Private Limited is based in Bengaluru, India. Registration, GSTIN and IEC particulars are shared with clients during onboarding.

What will you not do?

We do not guarantee orders, buyers, meetings or revenue. We are not a customs broker. We do not write fake reviews or manufacture proof. And we do not give legal, tax or investment advice — compliance items get flagged for your CA, lawyer and bank instead.

Sourcing from India

I want to source from India. How do I start?

Post a requirement with your product, quantity and destination. It lands with our desk, a human reads it, and verified suppliers who can actually serve it are matched to it. You do not have to know an HS code or a supplier name to start — the product in plain words is enough.

How do you verify Indian suppliers?

Suppliers are verified to tiers S0 through S4 — identity and registration first, then capability and capacity, then physical and transaction checks. Every record carries the source, the date it was accessed and a confidence rating, and each storefront publishes what we have not checked as plainly as what we have.

Can you arrange samples, inspection and logistics?

Yes. Once an RFQ is live the desk coordinates samples, third-party inspection through agencies such as SGS, BV or TUV, and helps structure logistics and Incoterms. These are confirmed per engagement rather than sold as a fixed package.

Will suppliers get my contact details?

Not until you decide. Your identity stays masked while you compare quotes and message suppliers; contact is released when you accept a quote. That is deliberate — it is what keeps serious buyers posting here instead of being cold-called for months.

Does it cost anything to post a requirement?

No. Posting a requirement and receiving quotes is free for buyers. Buyer plans — Mini, Plus and Max — add RFQ and contact-unlock allowances, desk support and, higher up, a dedicated manager and audits at cost. Plan pricing is quoted per engagement.

Marketplace & RFQs

Can I buy directly on the marketplace?

No — nothing is transacted online and no payment is taken on this site. The marketplace shows tier-labelled categories with HS codes, indicative prices and MOQs so you can orient yourself. You post an RFQ, and the binding quote, samples, inspection and logistics are confirmed after that.

Why do prices say “indicative” or “on quote”?

Commodity and made-to-spec prices move with grade, volume, season and Incoterms, so a fixed number on a web page would be a fiction. Indicative figures are there to orient you on order of magnitude; the real quote comes after the RFQ.

Some products on a supplier page are marked “indicative”. What does that mean?

It means the supplier has not published their own catalogue yet, so we show the standard products for their category and HS family — clearly labelled — rather than inventing a catalogue for them. Confirm exact grades on quote. Once a supplier publishes their own products, those replace the indicative set.

What is an HS code and why do you show it?

The Harmonised System code classifies a product for customs and trade statistics — black pepper is 0904.11, cashew kernels 0801.32, H-beams 7216.33. It is the join key to duty rates and import data, which is why every product carries one. Confirm the full ITC-HS line with your customs broker before you rely on it for duty.

What happens after I post a requirement?

It goes to our desk first and nothing is routed until a person has read it. The desk checks the brief is serviceable, then publishes it to matched suppliers who can quote. You are notified as quotes come in and you compare them side by side — still masked — before choosing who to talk to.

Selling from India

I am an Indian exporter. How does this help me?

Two ways. You get a verified storefront that buyers browsing the marketplace can find, and you get LeadWave — live buyer requirements in your categories that you can open with credits. Both are free to look at; you pay only to reveal a buyer's contact on a lead you have decided you want.

How do I get listed as a supplier?

Create an account as a supplier, or claim an existing listing if we already have a record of your firm. Our team approves supplier accounts before a storefront goes live — that approval step is why a buyer can trust the directory at all.

How do lead credits work?

Revealing a buyer's contact on a LeadWave lead spends one credit. Re-revealing a lead you already opened is free, and demo records are never charged. Credits arrive as a monthly allowance from your package, and your balance is always visible in your wallet.

What do the lead packages cost?

Three monthly packages, currently at introductory pricing: 100 leads a month at ₹9,899 (from ₹12,999), 150 leads at ₹14,999 (from ₹18,999), and 200 leads at ₹19,899 (from ₹24,999). The allowance lands each month, and unused headroom does not roll into a second grant in the same month.

Will I be shown leads that have nothing to do with my product?

No. LeadWave is filtered to your own categories and HS family, and you can mute specific products or countries you never want to see — which stops you burning credits deciding a lead was irrelevant. Your matching profile is yours to edit at any time.

What can I put on my storefront?

Your business identity and registered details, export markets, certifications, policies and terms, and a product catalogue with multiple photos, a video and a PDF brochure per product. Each product gets a strength score out of 100 that tells you exactly what is missing — it is the same checklist a buyer and a search engine read.

Do you guarantee I will get orders?

No, and anyone who does is selling you something. We guarantee a documented method: researched, evidence-backed buyer accounts with human QA, and your approval before any outreach goes out in your name. What you convert is down to your product, price and responsiveness.

Verification, data & compliance

What is the four-score model?

Every account we research carries four independent scores: Account Fit (does this counterparty match your business), Evidence Confidence (how good is our proof), Contact Confidence (how sure are we the contact is reachable and correct) and Engagement (what has actually happened so far). Keeping them separate stops a strong-looking fit hiding weak evidence.

What are the QA gates?

G0 to G8 — a sequence of checks a record must pass before it reaches you, covering source validity, deduplication, contact validation, compliance screening and a final human review. A record that fails a gate does not quietly degrade; it goes back.

Where does your data come from?

Licensed and public sources, each recorded with its source, access date and permitted-use status. We do not scrape systems that prohibit it, and suppression and consent are checked before any outreach goes out.

Are you GDPR and DPDP compliant?

We handle business contact data on a lawful basis, log consent with the version of the policy that was in force at the time, and honour data-subject requests. DPDP (India) and GDPR (EU) controls are being formalised progressively as we scale, and the current position is shared during onboarding.

What does it mean when a supplier is “not yet verified”?

It means exactly that — we hold no completed check records for them yet, and we say so on the page rather than showing a generic trust badge. A verified mark on this site is only ever backed by a check we can name, date and attribute.

Pricing & getting started

How much do your services cost?

Diagnostics can start free. An Export Readiness Audit starts from ₹15,000, a Buyer Research Sprint runs ₹45,000–₹75,000, a Managed Buyer Development desk starts from ₹85,000 a month, and Supplier Discovery starts from $900. LeadWave lead packages are separate and priced monthly.

How quickly can we start and how long does it take?

A readiness audit runs about one to two weeks, a research sprint about three to four. Managed desks run continuously with weekly reporting. Posting a requirement or creating an account takes minutes — the desk reads new briefs the same working day wherever it can.

How do I talk to a human?

Request a free Opportunity Snapshot, post a requirement, or leave your details here in chat and a specialist follows up. We do not put you on a call list for asking a question.

Why should I create an account?

Because almost everything useful is tied to one. Buyers get a dashboard with their RFQs, quotes, shortlists and masked supplier messaging. Suppliers get a storefront, a product catalogue and LeadWave. Without an account we can take your brief, but you cannot track it, compare quotes in one place, or talk to the other side.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Use the “Forgot your password?” link on the sign-in page to reset it. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam first — and if you still cannot get in, leave your email here and our team will look at the account directly.
