Terms of Service
Katalyzon Services Private Limited · Bengaluru, India · Last updated August 2026 · Version 2026-08
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website and platform. Where you have signed a proposal, master services agreement or statement of work with us, that document prevails over anything summarised here. [LAW: confirm the precedence clause matches the executed MSA.]
2. What the service is — and what it is not
We provide trade research, verified account and supplier discovery, business-development execution, and sourcing coordination. We do not guarantee that you will receive orders, meetings, quotations or customs clearance, and we do not promise any commercial outcome. Verification is a point-in-time documentary check of the specific items published on a supplier's evidence panel; it is not an audit of that supplier's quality, solvency, capacity or conduct, and it is not a recommendation to trade with them.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own commercial due diligence before entering a transaction, for the accuracy of information you publish on a storefront or in a requirement, and for keeping your account credentials secure. Storefront content you publish must describe your own business truthfully; we may unpublish content we believe to be misleading.
4. We are not a party to your transactions
Katalyzon is not a broker, agent, escrow provider or payment processor for trades arranged between buyers and suppliers. Contracts, payment terms, advances, shipment and dispute resolution are agreed directly between those parties. We take no commission on a trade and hold no funds on either party's behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, bulk-extract or resell data from the platform, attempt to circumvent the contact-reveal or masking controls, or use contact details obtained here to send unsolicited bulk messages. These controls exist to protect the people in our records; circumventing them ends access.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are set in your proposal. Engagements are normally prepaid. Third-party costs — certification, testing, inspection, logistics — are passed through only with your prior approval. [CA: GST treatment, invoicing terms and any TDS/withholding position to be confirmed.]
7. Liability and governing law
Our liability is limited as set out in your contract. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. [LAW: liability cap, indemnities, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution forum to be set by counsel.]
