Research before outreach. Evidence before claims.
Every engagement runs through QA gates G0–G8. Four scores stay separate — Account Fit, Evidence Confidence, Contact Confidence, Engagement — so one number never lies to you.
How well the account matches your ICP — 100 points minus risk. Tiers A/B/C/D.
How strong and fresh the supporting evidence is — 0 to 1.
How verified the named contact and their role/route are.
Depth and substance of any real interaction — never inflated.
Account Fit Score — 100 points, minus risk
Tiers: A 80–100 · B 65–79 · C 50–64 (nurture) · D reject. A score can never override a hard block.
Batch acceptance baseline
Records that fail acceptance are corrected or replaced per the SOW. Maker-checker on every batch.
Verification tiers
Verification is point-in-time and scope-specific — never a guarantee of solvency, performance or payment. Coverage, date and unresolved items are always stated.
The nine QA gates
No one approves their own high-risk exception. Every override carries a rationale, compensating control, expiry and approver.
Legal / product fit
Identity, sanctions, product & country risk screened before acceptance.
Commercial / tax design

Contract / payment

Readiness / strategy
Product facts, claims, capacity, pricing and ICP usable before research.
Research release

Outreach activation

Qualified opportunity
Fit, need, timing, authority and next step — all evidenced, or it isn't qualified.
